What are your delivery times?

Products that are Available , will be shipped the next working day, ;after we have received your payment. Paying with iDeal or PayPal goes instantly. Making a banktransfer takes a little longer, but your order should still be shipped fast.

   
How can I order what is 'Out of stock'?

Products that are  'Out of stock' can be taking in to backorder. We cannot always say when the Bible or product will be in stock again. This because we depend on external parties and only order in larger quantities ourself.
When we cannot supply you within 6 months, we will remove the backorder.

Simply send us an e-mail to info (at) zakbijbelbond.nl with your account number and the desired product.

You will hear from us when the item reached our warehouse.

   
What is your return procedure?

Within 14 days after receiving your order, send us an e-mail to info (at) zakbijbelbond.nl

Please mention what you want to return and the reason why.

After confirmation from our side, you return the product(s) to:

ATTENTION: Since this is a P.O. Box, you cannot send it with a courrier, only by national post.

We need to receive the return shipment within 3 weeks after you have received your order.

When we made a mistake by sending you the wrong product (we hardly do that), or you received a damaged book (rarely happens)  we will also pay for the shipping costs you make (according to the postnl.nl cost chart). 

Please insert your name and bank details in your return shipment, so we can wire the money as soon as possible.
We will wire it within 14 days, most of the time even faster.

Note that the returned products need to arrive in original condition.

How can I pay?

You can choose to pay with iDeal, PayPal of by banktransfer. You always pay upfront.

On request we can also send your shipment by reimbursement (you pay the postman/courrier at the moment you receive your order), this however is more expensive (at least 10 EUR).

   
I see a watermark on your Bibles and products, is that just on the website? YES. That's just to protect our pictures. The covers of the real products DO NOT have a watermark. So you receive them without it.
   

What language do they speak/read in ...?

A quick but limited method is checking on wikipedia: www.wikipedia.com

It is not always good enough to know from what country someone origins.
There are always exeptions and even more so; languages do not follow the country borders. 

That's why it is very important to check with the person you want to give a Bible to, what his or her language is.
